[Histonet] OR simulation laboratory question

One of our Vice Presidents contacted me recently about the use of porcine tissue (colon, gallbladder, etc.) to train house staff and surgeons on how to use surgical instruments in our new OR simulation laboratory.   Other than the obvious requirement of biohazard disposal, are there any other guidelines or regulations that need to be followed?  Thank you.
