[Histonet] Pathology Grossing Manual

Amazon.com lists "Manual of Surgical Pathology Gross Room Procedures" by Juan Rosai.  Of course it's not available.  Does anyone know anything about this book?  Is it worth tracking down?  I need to update & expand an existing lab manual and thought it would be helpful.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
