Hi Sharon,
1. Stuff the tissue in a cryovial or wrap it in foil and throw it in liquid
N.
2. Put the tissue in a cryomold with OCT covering it and either place it on
some frozen isopentane; put it in a slurry of isopentane and dry ice
pieces; or suspend over liquid N vapors to freeze.
Not sure if this is what you were looking for, precisely?
