Can somebody share a Non specific esterase Enzyme hsitochemistry protocol that works well with frozen muscle tissue. I have a protocol that I have used for ages but it does not give me a very strong reddish brown staining on my angular fibers. I will be happy to have it and compare. Thank you. Reuel
