[Histonet] acid phosphatase in tissues in routine IHC

Hi  histonetters,

Around a month ago, I asked a question and did not get any answer, but I really would like to have any thoughts from you about the: "Would the presence of acid phosphatase in tissues cause non-specific background staining when doing routine immunoperoxidase staining -- DAB? If answer is "YES": how to block it?"
