[Histonet] mib-1

I have to turn to the experts here.? I am having problems with the MIB-1.? I am having an issue with the patient samples working.? We use an alcohol based fixative....it has always worked until recently.



I have tried everything I can think of to no avail.? I have decreased the titer, increased the incubation, tried a different retrieval solution, tried a different detection...nothing is working.



Anyone else having any issues?
