Its three... Two different chromagens, 1 nuclear and two cytoplasmic abs, which cannot be differentiated. You can bill for what can be separately identified.

Subject: [Histonet] PIN 4

I went to archives to look for this but I didn't get a definite answer to my specific question. I am using Biocare's Prostate Cocktail - 2X (CK5 + CK14 + p63) and Biocare's P504S-2X  on the Ventana platform using UltraView DAB and Ultra View RED kits. To code this procedure, is it 88342 X 3 or 88342 X 4? I would like some rationale as well.

Thanks!
