[Histonet] Cytokeratin IHC in Mouse Thymus

Hello Histonet:

Has anyone out there used a cytokeratin antibody to detect epithelial cells in the thymus of a mouse (FFPE)?  If so, which antibody/company?  We have tried the monoclonal AE1/AE3 from Dako with mixed results.  Thanks so much for any info...
