[Histonet] tris buffer

I am trying a protocol that uses 0.1M Tris/0.15M sodium chloride pH7.5, which is what I normally use.  At another step in the protocol it says to wash with 0.05M Tris buffer pH 7.5.
What do I use to make the 0.05M Tris buffer?  Is it a combination of Tris HCl and Tris base without sodium chloride?
