[Histonet] Kappa, Lambda

Fellow Histonetters,

Is there any one using the Leica BOND IHC instrument who is having trouble
making their Kappa and Lambda work well on their bone marrow specimens?  We
are presently using B5 on our bone marrows.  Does anybody who uses B5 have
this problem?  Thanks for your help.
