[Histonet] Fixation of Formalin vs Bouin's for IHC

Hi histonetters,


Please help. What is difference in procedure for IHC between 10%Formalin fixed tissue and in Bouin's fixed tissue? I used to use 10%FFPE tissue with Citrate buffer Antigen Retrieval for my IHC. Do I have to change my protocol for the Bouin's fixed tissue?
