CAP has deemed status from CLIA, so the CAP definition should be accepted.

CAP is OK with their guidelines ( BUTTTTTTTTT is CLIA on line with the Processing (Low Complexity?) vs Grossing (High Complexity?). If CLIA is not on
board with processing (dumb naming) being low complexity and grossing being higher complexity your lab may be in violation of CLIA Guidelines.
