[Histonet] Manager's question

I need some histonet help, please.
If you are a manager and if you are being asked to manage to "units per productive manhour" where a unit is one billed test, would you mind sharing your budgeted target?
Also, if you have this information, please let me know what services your lab offers...Histology, IHC, Cytology?
I've been asked to manage to this figure before, but we always had benchmarked figures to go by.
