Is anyone out there using F4-80 anti mouse (Biolegend) for macrophage. What is your protocol for Paraffin embedded sections? Any help will be appreciated. Currently we have no staining at 1 to 100 for the primary and antigen citrate buffer. thanks Annette Featherstone
