Hi Nicole,
You must tell the list what the artifacts are before we can help you.
You're note is a little too vague.

Hello Histonet...
I am using frozen brain sections and I have terrible frozen artifacts. I receive the tissue from a brain bank so I have no control over the method of freezing. Is there ANYTHING that I can do at this point to at least reduce these artifacts? I've tried formalin fixation post-cutting and reducing the temperature of the cryostat but nothing works.... the others in my lab also have no idea. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!!
-Nicole
