Hi All, Do any of you Ventana IHC users know what pH the low pH solution actually is? Is it lower than pH6? We have a Rab Factor XIIIA from Genetex that was recommended to us. It suppossedly works on the Ventana with 'low pretreatment', but it won't work for us on the Bond with pH6 retrieval buffer. Thanks for any suggestions. Jo Mauger CHOP
