[Histonet] CoPath Question

Periodically, we receive a call from an angry physician who wants to know why the specimen he or she sent to us has not been signed out.  For those of you using CoPath as your Anatomic Pathology LIS, do you have a protocol (or system) for identifying cases that have not been signed out?  We run reports for each pathologist to identify these cases, but, for some reason, we miss some cases.  Thank you.
