[Histonet] bluing in tap water?

We were having issues with the "blue haze" on the rest of the slide and from the archives, the cause of blue haze can be water that is too cold.  I also thought the pH of the running tap water in the automatic stainer could be a cause also.  That's what I meant by to blue.

When I have used tap water, I use cold running water for 5 minutes.  
Works fairly well, depending on the pH of your tap water.
