I have been purchasing this grade of alcohol for at least 12 years  
from American Mastertech.  They are based in California, and  
California has some of the most stringent standards in the country.   
American Mastertech spent a fortune building their alcohol storage  
containers, as well as jumping ALL the hoops and hurdles for  
government approval.
