We have to do one for each new position or vacated position. I think that they are very helpful in justifying the needs of the department.

Hello to all in histoland.  Have any of you had to do a swot analysis of
your lab.   I am in the process of doing one for my lab.  It makes one
think.   What are your thoughts on this.
