There was a recent study that showed "aspirin" affected the growth of one type of colorectal cancer; that which overexpresses COX-2.  If this holds up, get ready to start doing a lot of COX-2 IHC.

Does anyone have a good mAb to COX-2 that works on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue that they would recommend?  Thank you.
