[Histonet] HPGD, PAFa and frizzled-4 stainings on Ventana Benchmark

Hi everyone,

Has anyone stained formalin fixed, paraffin embedded slices with HPGD (Sigma), PAF acetylhydrolase (Cayman Chemical) or frizzled-4 (Santa Cruz) on Ventana Discovery, Benchmark or similar autostainer? I would appreciate all advices related to staining protocols because I´ve quite small amounts of antibodies.
