I have used DAKO Target Retrieval in the past and it is definitely possible to re-use the solution.  The important thing to do is to check the pH each day before use as this is the best indicator that the solution needs to be changed.  It has bee an while since I used it but  from my shaky memory you should get at least a week from the solution.
