Since there is only one mole of ammonium ion in each mole of ammonium chloride, 1 M = 1 N.  Thus 0.1 mole of ammonium chloride in 0.1 liter of water is a 1 N solution.  Thus 5.35 g ammonium chloride in 100 ml of water is a 1 N solution.
