Hi Chris-
Thanks for the insight, I never would have even thought to check that the mouse isotypes were different.  I will give it a look!

Hi Kim,
I wondering if your question for an anti-CD68 antibody raised in rabbit or goat is because of double staining plans. If so, please realize that the Dako antibody, clone PG-M1, is a mouse IgG3. That easily allows double staining with other mouse IgG1 or IgG2a antibodies. Go to Southern Biotechnology Associates (www. southernbiotech.com) for specific second step antibodies conjugated with alk. phos., peroxidase or biotin. Just a guess!
Cheers,
Chris

Hello,

I am looking for a CD68 antibody that will work in Human FFPE tissues, but it needs to be from a species other than mouse (preferably rabbit or goat). Any recommendations?

Thanks,
Kim
