We use a Fleetwood (used by meat cutters) then have maintenance attach a plexi-glass shield.

Subject: [Histonet] bone saws?
Greetings
I am wondering if anyone can share how they are cutting femoral heads, extremities for tumour, etc. We currently use a 20 yr + meat saw (band saw), but would like to find something safer/newer. We freeze all our bones (pre-fixation and pre-decalcification) prior to cutting.
Vendors welcome to reply.
Thanks in advance
