You have to stress the first and the third syllable.
Like "sun-shine-rag-gy" "Tell-yes-nicz-ky"

In Austria we have similar names. And you pronounce it:
Tell - like "tell"
yes - like "yes"
nicz - like "bits" with "n"
ky - like "key"
