Please refer to our paper, "Immunohistochemical detection of immunoglobulin light chain expression in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas using formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues and a heat-induced epitope retrieval technique" that appeared in Applied Immunohistochemistry and Molecular Morphology 10(3):258-262, 2002.

Hi listmembers,

Please tell me about your experiences with the IHC-demonstration of kappa
and lambda on FFPE-sections.

We have some troubles about inconsistend staining and therefore false
results about the monoclonality of tumors.
