that underfixed tissue shows false positive kappa and lambdastaining?

Hi listmembers,

Please tell me about your experiences with the IHC-demonstration of kappa
and lambda on FFPE-sections.

We have some troubles about inconsistend staining and therefore false
results about the monoclonality of tumors.
