[Histonet] HPV question

I have an ENT surgeon who wants to differentiate between HPV6 and HPV11 in a laryngeal squamous papilloma for prognosis.  I am familiar with DNA probes to HPV6/11, but not with the individual types.  Is anyone doing this?  Thanks.
