[Histonet] IHC on frozen skin and lung

All:
First, thanks to everyone who responded to my inquiry last Friday  regarding 
methods of blocking for endogenous peroxidase in frozen tissues.   Now, since 
I continue to have difficulty optimizing a few procedures,  I could use some 
input on creating protocols for staining of  frozen skin for HMB45, as well as 
for Pan-CK on frozen lung  tissue.
