Hello I Tried Toluidine Blue / Eosin on decalcified mouse footpads : 2 minutes Tol Blue 1 minute Eosin rapid dehydration in 95% alcohol x1 100% x2 (10 dips each) clear in xylene and mount in DPX. This seemed to work OK. Jim Reilly Glasgow Biomedical Research Centre
