Almost any lab provider (like Fisher) now carry those cassettes, molds and slides/coverslips.
Buy a Leica sledge microtome.

Dear Colleagues,

I have been asked to gather start to finish information for human prostate
whole mount slide preparations. Where can I obtain large tissue processing
baskets, 4x4 whole mount slides and cover glass? I seem to recall a brain
research company that listed these products in their catalog. Does anyone
have a favorite sliding microtome to recommend? Any information would be
appreciated.

Best Regards,
