Hi all! Can anyone provide me a borrelia burgdorferi protocol for ihc, preferable on the Benchmark XT? We will purchase a polyclonal antibody from Acris. In the datasheet is no hint about pretreatment or titer. So some information would be helpful to start with. Thanks in advance Gudrun Lang
