Yes, they're still available.  I just ordered some through Cardinal.
There item # is M7410-10 and there are 6 trays per pack.

Are Tissue-Tek cold plates still available anywhere?  - plastic, white
on top, black on the bottom, filled with some kind of gel.  You put them
in the freezer, then take them out to keep your paraffin blocks cold.
