Hello, I want to try two different her2/neu antibodies on FFPE tissue. Has anyone used Zymed TAB250 cat.no. 28-0003Z or Cell signaling cat.no. 2242? If yes, which conditions did you use (ie. antigen retrieval, concentration, incubation time and detection method)? Thanks for your help. Eva Georgetown University
