[Histonet] Formalin Exposure
I too have an employee with sometimes severe asthma. I told her to tell
me
when she is having a bad day / week, to let me know and I move her from
the
grossing area. Yes, I do get some complaints from other employees. But I
explained to them I would rather have the one person healthy and able to
work than have her off for several days due to her asthma. And if she had
a
severe attack due to formalin, I believe that would become a workman's
comp
issue.
