[Histonet] Senior histotechnician position

A Senior histotechnician position is available at Bassett healthcare in
Cooperstown, NY. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am  to 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
*	Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate laboratory test results
to providers and internal departments 
*	Oversees technical staff members
*	Oversees and coordinates preparation of samples for examination
and performance of testing following established procedures 
*	Correlates knowledge and understanding of theory and technical
elements of testing to solve problems and answers questions effectively
and efficiently
	Requirements:
*	Associate's degree  
*	Must be qualified as a Histotechnician in accordance to New York
State Department of Health regulations
*	Two years of previous experience in histology  
*	 Licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technician by NYS SED
required.
