[Histonet] mouse spinal cord processing????

Good afternoon everyone,
We just had one of our investigators bring down mouse spinal cord for processing. Could someone tell me what protocol we should use for this tissue? Such as how long to process it for and is there something specific we should look out for? Never done this before.
