[Histonet] Ccr3 immunohistochemistry in mouse tissue

Dear list members,

I am new to the list as this is my first post. I have a question about
chemokine receptor 3 immunohistochemistry. Does anyone have experience
finding this antigen in mouse tissue? Is there a recommended positive
control? We have a mouse model of allergic rhinitis and know that there
are plenty of eosinophils and Th2 lymphocytes which should stain for
this receptor. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Vic
