[Histonet] Paneth cell dyes or markers

PAS works well after buffered formalin or Bouin fixation.
If you want to get cute, follow the PAS with Alcian blue, pH 2.5. The
rim of most of the granules will be blue.
These stains are not specific for Paneth cells, but they will
demonstrate them very nicely.
An immuno stain for lysozyme should also work.
