[Histonet] microwave processing

Histonetters,

My lab will be setting up a microwave processor (Milestone Histo 5) shortly and we have some questions for those of you already microwave processing.  Will microwave processing nullify the FDA approval of the Her2 neu test?  We still plan to fix tissue completely in formalin before processing.  Are there any other regulations or pitfalls we need to be aware of.  Thanks for your assistance.
