The only way you do not get a night differential is if you do not work more than 40h/week including the night shift, and even so, many labs pay a differential that goes from 8PM to 6AM and that is usually from $0.25 to $0.50/hour

Are there any techs who get a night differential? If so, how much?
We currently come to work @ 3:30 am. We are now being asked to come in at
1:30. I would like to ask for a night differential, but need to know how
much to ask for.

Thanks,
Cindy
