Yea,
I was getting nowhere with my Doc walking through with his coffee, snacks, 
etc.(those of you who know me, know how fiesty I can get.) I finally had to 
get my supervisor to talk to him. That would have been great for a 
CLIA/JCAHO inspection.

Victoria:
  Your annecdote with the surgeon, reminds me a similar case. The surgeon in 
my case, as almost all of them, used "to confer with God every other 
Thursday".
  I spoke with the hospital director, the surgeon got a written reprimand, 
never ever broke the rule again, neither any of the members of my staff.
