[Histonet] regarding competency assessment for histotech

Hi All,

I am in the process of revising my competency assessment for the histotechs
in the department.  How is every one doing this process and how many times
is                               it done during a year?

Currently it is done by direct observation and  incoperating testing the
techs are doing for the  HQIP program.  Any other pointers?
