We have trouble with the differentiation of our Elastic Van Gieson stain. It seems that after 90 mins in the millers solution BMSs have trouble removing excess millers from the section without pulling colour out of the finer fibres. We would like to remove the 'green' wash from the section. We use alcohol for diffing, what solutions do other labs use?
Thanks in advance
Sarah
