[Histonet] PSA-NCAM IHC on frozen brain section with BrdU co-staining

Hi everyone, it seems that I lost the PSA-NCAM staining when sections are treated with citrate buffer (breaking the membrane?)

For co-staining with BrdU, I treated sections with HCl - however the background is so high for both BrdU staining & PSA-NCAM immunofluroscence~~

Anyone worked on this before?
