Hi, My glutaraldehyde fixed mouse embryos fluoresce slightly reddish orange under rhodamine. I have read on this website's archives that using a solution of "bland amino acids" can help get rid of this. Does anyone have a protocol to fix this problem or can someone explain to me how and why this works? Eric Schmidt
