As your pathologists first because even when we charged for IHC to the patients, there was always a disclaimer saying that the Ab was for research, in spite of which, the charges were done (they are essentially for the pathologist interpretation).Hope this will help you.

Hi all!
 
Question for those familiar with all the billing regulations: If you use an
antibody that is for RUO (research use only) or ASR (analyte specific reagent),
can you bill the patient for these immunos?
