[Histonet] Silanized slides

The solution for making silanized slides (APES in acetone; also needs a trace of water, which does not need to be added specially) has to be used right away: it's stable for perhaps a few hours. The resulting slides, washed and dried, should be stable indefinitely if kept clean. See Microscopy Today (June 1999) pp.22-24; also available at http://publish.uwo.ca/~jkiernan/adhesivs.htm
